Glute Activation:
5 side leg raises
5 Hip Abduction (single leg)
5 Kick Backs

Pyramid Set on the Hack Squat
20 Single Leg deadlift
15 Single Leg Deadlift
12 Single Leg Deadlift
10 Single Leg Deadlift
Make sure you increase the weight with each set

Superset 1
12 Lunge to Step Up
10 Squat to Side Step Up
3 Sets with appropriately painful weight!

Superset 2
12-15 Heavy Kneeling Squats
10 Single Leg Banded Diagonal Kick Back
3 Sets

Double Drop Set
10,10,10 Hip Abduction Machine
3 Sets

Have a good stretch and you are done!!
