Today’s video is a resistance band glute workout that you can do anywhere! (You just need a resistance band!)

Workout Breakdown

3 sets of

20 reverse lunges

12 bottom half squats

15 glute bridge

3 sets of

10 side leg raises

20 lateral steps

10 side leg raises other side

20 squat side leg raise

3 sets of

10 glute kick backs + 5 pulses

15 single leg bridge

2 sets of

10 clams
