Today’s video is 2 full days of eating and counting macros and I managed to fit a burger in on Friday night!

I also smashed a glute workout which I loved!

20 Sumo Deadlift 20kg, 20 Banded Glue Bridge Hip Abductions, 20 Banded Glue Bridge Pulses

15 Sumo Deadlift 40kg,Β 20 Banded Glue Bridge Hip Abductions, 20 Banded Glue Bridge Pulses

12 Sumo Deadlift 60kg,Β 20 Banded Glue Bridge Hip Abductions, 20 Banded Glue Bridge Pulses

10 Sumo Deadlift 70kg (or 80kg I can’t remember!),Β 20 Banded Glue Bridge Hip Abductions, 20 Banded Glue Bridge Pulses

10 Heavy Single Leg Press (80kg)

15 Single Curtsey Lunge (20kg)


4 sets of

15 Smith Machine Kick Back (5kg!)

15 Cable Pull Throughs

15 Cable Standing Hip Thrust/RDL/I don’t know what to call it!
