Hello Fitness Unicorns!


I have started counting macros to help me with my ‘Summer Shapeup’! I have been intuitive eating for the last 6 months but must have been too easy on myself as I have made little to no progress! I am much more thoughtful about what I eat now that there is portion control involved!

The calories/macros I am hitting are:

1782 calories

40% Carbohydrates = 712 calories = 178g

30% Protein = 535 calories = 134g

30% Fat = 535 calories = 59g
