Deadlifts and Glutes

20 x 20kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

15 x 40kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

10x 60kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

8 x 80kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

6 x 90kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

6 x 90kg Deadlifts, 20 banded glue bridges, 20 banded glue bridge abductions

Abduction machine, reps of 20, 15, 12 and 10. Increase the weight with every set! This is about going very slow and squeezing as hard as you can! (It hurts!)


Upper Body Circuit

BB Military Press 30kg 7 reps

Band assisted Pull ups 6 reps

DB chest press 14kg 12 reps

Toes to Bar 10 reps

4 sets

EMOM for 5 minutes

10 shoulder presses, 10 upright rows, 5 lateral raises
