Welcome back to my blog! Today’s post is a Summer Shapeup update.

This video includes two weeks worth of diet diaries; the first week wasn’t very successful so I wanted to continue filming a ‘project comeback’ week. I do not think it went well! Filming these is really useful for me as I can see how I think and feel about food! This one I didn’t want to upload as I don’t think I succeeded with project comeback but I hope it can help you learn from my mistakes!
