Workout Breakdown:


5 minute warmup

I choose the rower on upper body days because out of the CV machines you move through your shoulders the most


12 Flat DB Press

10 Shoulder Robot Rotators


3 sets of

15 Incline BB Press

8 Hold-at-bottom- Push ups


3 sets of

12 Cable Flye


Do all as heavy as you can (with good form) and finish with a stretch! Unless its a cardio day for you then you shouldΒ get back on the rower!
