Sometimes you don't have a spotter and you have to deal with it.

I love squatting and I love it more when I have someone to spot me so I can go deep confidently. Sometimes you don’t have a spotter so you have to work yourself in to it, really warm up, psych yourself up, and go for it. My squat session was as follows…

20kg 20 reps

Hip Opener 30 seconds each side

20kg 20 reps

Foam Roll Quads 30 seconds each side

40kg 20 reps

Foam Roll Calves 30 seconds each side

60kg 10 reps

Hip Opener 30 seconds each side

60kg 10 reps

Foam Roll Quads 30 seconds each side

80kg 8 reps

Foam Roll Calves 30 seconds each side

80kg 8 reps

Hip Opener 30 seconds each side

90kg 3 reps

90ks 3 reps

80kg 5 reps

60kg 15 reps

My last 4 sets were as low as I could for as many as I could and I finished with my heartrate super high!

I didn’t film my squats because I wanted my music to get myself really into it, I did film the rest of my workout though…

4 sets of

15 Romanian Deadlifts (BB)

15 Sumo Squat (DB)

3 sets of

15 single leg deadlifts

15 lunge to step up

2 lengths walking lunges with leg lift
