Doing a big stretch session after a workout is amazing for many reasons. Its even better when you don’t have to think too much! I’ve been using the same video for years, I no longer have to watch it, the explanation is great so just listening to it really works and I feel I get deeper into each position every time!

Tip: Listen to what she says about breathing, it will really help you to relax and reset your body’s stretch reflexes
