This is a workout from a few weeks ago, it was really quick and got the job done. I felt like I had got a good cardio workout in as well as a strength one. (I kept my rest time to a minimum)

 

Workout Breakdown


4 sets of

8Β Snatch and Twist

10 Heavy Swings

10 alternating Chest and Shoulder Push Ups


 

4 sets of

5 heavy Clean and Press

5 lighter Clean and Press

20 Single Arm Swings

10 Push Ups
