40kg for 20 reps

50kg for 20 reps

60kg for 15 reps

70kg for 10 reps

80kg for 8 reps

The rest of it was just us seeing how much we could engage our glutes and get a really good burn! It seemed like a really good idea until we got started!

Hack Squat Narrow Stance
20 reps with 10 partials X 4

Hip Abduction (forward, upright position)
20 reps with 10 partials X 3

Single Leg Kick Backs
12 X 3

BW Hyper Extensions (Glute Focus) 15 X 3
