Depending on your personality and relationship with food, eating like a pig will affect your eating habits! Luckily for me, eating as much as I did on holiday made me want to clean my act up.
Most meals are served with a side salad rather than vegetables in Barbados and unfortunately I’m not a salad lover. They are also served with two or more portions of carbohydrates: macaroni pie, rice and beans, sweet potato or fries to name a few. After a few days of eating like this, I was feeling pretty bloated and wanted some fresh vegetables. Mainly Broccoli.
