I made these on Sunday, they are so yummy and at only 139 calories per serving, they made it into the diet plan!


All you need…

200g mashed sweet potato

85g chopped dates

150g melted dark chocolate

100g melted butter

100g self raising flour

2 eggs

A splash of vanilla essence

Throw it all into a bowl, mix, bake for 15-20 minutes and ta da!

Don’t forget to turn the oven on first, I made that mistake! Around 190 will do the trick!

Makes 16 servings of

139 calories

7.2g Fat

16.6g Carbohydrate

1.4g Protein


So they won’t replace your protein bar… but they could replace numerous biscuits (when you want to eat the whole packet…)  and other sweet treats in your life!
