27g Carbohydrate, 3g Fat, 26g Protein

 

Mid Afternoon:

Chocolate Protein Shake, 2 Rice Cakes, 20g Cashew Butter

30g Carbohydrate, 16g Fat, 27g Protein

 

Dinner:

100g Broccoli, 100g Brown Basmati Rice, 60g Turkey

27g Carbohydrate, 2g Fat, 25g Protein

 

Evening:

1 egg, 2Tsp Olive Oil, 2 Caramel Snack A Jack

23g Carbohydrate, 16g Fat, 9g Protein

 

TOTAL: 1535 Cal

169g Carb = 676 Cal = 44%

43g Fat = 387 Cal = 25%

118g Protein = 472 Cal = 31%
