Hi Everyone,

I hope you’re having an amazing week so far.

I have not had the best week because I have an injury that I didn’t think was very serious re-surface. Always get your niggles looked at even if you think they are insignificant just in case! I got it checked by a chiropractor today and it is bad, my muscles are spasming to protect my ribcage and my spine where I have a tear. This is severely limiting my movements and my breathing. I have had to stop weight training this week and even cardio due to the breathing!

Although I have been upset and therefore a little demotivated, I know that I can still get results from having brilliant food in me, if I keep my nutrition spot on I can still see results.

Do not let anything stop you from achieving your goals.
